Polygraph Rare Books aims to make books accessible to younger collectors, just starting out in their collecting careers, or beginning to branch out in their pursuit of affordable art. We want to share our passion for 20th-century books with people who wouldn’t usually consider buying rare books.

Some of the greatest artists and writers collaborated to produce fine and rare books, beautiful objects, in the last century; we want to show you some of them, as an alternative to the packed markets of prints and contemporary art.
Our books are reasonably priced. We want to encourage people to buy, both for themselves and for others. Our books are the finest copies we can find, and most have some unique feature – many are signed, or have an interesting provenance, all are hard to come by. We go the extra mile to find them. We hope you’ll enjoy them as much as we do.
Our style is irreverent, but our cataloguing is serious – so whatever your choice, you can be sure you’re getting
a lovely present or scarce addition to your library. We are also offer consulting - so whether you want advice on setting up and forming a collection, or want us to find your favourite rare books for you, or even if you just want us to help you find someone the perfect original present, let us know!
